This course gives a general understanding of Dynamics 365 for Marketing and its various features. You will review 7 main sections including: Segments and List Management, Marketing Pages, Lead Management, Email Marketing, Customer Journeys, Event Management, and Survey Management. You will also see how to integrate each of these areas into one another to form a cohesive marketing ecosystem. This training takes 2 days and takes a more in depth look at the modules than our 1-day training.
